Shipping & delivery

US delivery

We currently ship to US addresses accepted at checkout. Standard shipping is $20 for orders below $140; orders of $140 or more receive free standard shipping. Any applicable sales tax is shown by the payment provider before you pay. The final amount is shown before payment confirmation.

Timing

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 days. The date shown in the store is an estimate based on the current date and our configured delivery lead time, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, holidays, processing time, address issues and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Tracking

We email your order confirmation after payment is verified. When your order ships, we email tracking information if available. You can also view updates in your account.

Address changes and problems

Contact [email protected] promptly with your order number if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about a revised date or cancellation and refund.

Please do not send returns to the business address without return instructions.
